What is UPS doing to enhance employee safety during COVID-19?

UPS follows CDC guidelines.

How are employees being protected during COVID-19?

Following CDC guidelines, we highly recommend UPSers wear a mask to help defend against COVID-19. UPSers may wear masks at their own discretion unless local conditions require increased safety measures. Social distancing is recommended in common areas, even if fully vaccinated.

Are UPSers required to take COVID-19 tests?

We cannot legally force an employee to be tested, absent an Executive or Public Health Order. For those who do wish to test, UPSers and family members enrolled in UPS medical coverage may receive COVID-19 testing at no cost.

Can office-based professionals work remotely?

Opportunities to work remotely are decisions made at the local management team’s discretion.
