Applying for a job at UPS is quick and easy. 
Here's how it works:

Our hiring process is fast, simple, and, for some roles, you can receive a job offer within 20 minutes. Click on your desired role to learn more.

Warehouse Workers/Package Handlers

  • You’ll fill out an application and watch a short video to see what the job is like. You could receive a job offer and schedule your first day in under 20 minutes!
  • Before your first day you’ll go online to submit your proof of identity and employment eligibility.
  • When you show up for your first day, you’ll complete any final onboarding steps.

  • You’ll fill out an application and watch a short video to see what the job is like. You could receive a job offer and schedule your first day in under 20 minutes!
  • Before your first day you’ll go online to submit your proof of identity and employment eligibility.
  • When you show up for your first day, you’ll complete any final onboarding steps online or at a local UPS facility.

Seasonal Support Drivers

  • You’ll answer a few simple questions in our application and watch a short video to see what the job is like.
  • Once you accept your job offer, you’ll upload photos of your vehicle for review.
  • Once we have reviewed your vehicle photos, you’ll complete any final onboarding steps. We’ll let you know once everything looks good and you can complete your onboarding paperwork online!
  • Before your first day you’ll go online to submit your proof of identity and employment eligibility.
  • Once you complete your paid online training, you’ll get to start delivering packages from your own car.

Drivers

There are several steps to become a UPS driver:

  • First, you’ll fill out an application and watch a short video to learn about the job.
  • Once you’ve received your job offer, you’ll schedule a road test and be given information to take the DOT physical exam
  • If you’ve been offered a Tractor Trailer Driver position, you’ll need to pass a drug screen as well.
  • Information regarding UPS training will also be emailed to you.
  • Before your first day you’ll go online to submit your proof of identity and employment eligibility.
  • Once hired, you'll receive your uniform.

Professional

  • The first step is to fill out an application online. You can even upload your resume to automatically fill in some of the information.
  • After your application is reviewed, you will begin the interview process if selected to move forward.
  • Some of our technical jobs may require a skills assessment.
  • The next step is a job offer and onboarding.
